PreSales Solutions Consultant – Capital / VeSys
Job Description
Maintain an understanding of global EDSs’esign practices, industry trends and an in-depth knowledge of Auto/Aero Electrical Systems.
Maintain knowledge of SPLM’s strengths & differentiators as opposed to competitors’ products and articulate these clearly to the sales team and channel partners.
Engage with customers and prospects to understand their technical needs, product engineering processes and business aspirations. Effectively communicate product capabilities, strengths and differentiators through customized presentations, demonstrations & written proposals on Siemens’ CAPITAL and VeSys products to address those needs
Enable & mentor channel partners and help them during business planning, sales coaching and marketing activities to maximize their revenue from CAPITAL business.
Educate customers on the features, functions, and business benefits of Siemens PLM’s ECAD products and solutions.
Manage escalations of issues from customers and interface with internal product development.
