Come and join our team as a Product Support Engineer.

You will be working in a small team, who are a critical support function to our headquarters and global service centres. If you are a high performing, results focused individual who has excellent time management skills, then this would be the role for you.

If you have good communication skills and enjoy working on new challenges on a daily basis, we would like to hear from you. Comprehensive training will be provided to support with your personal development and the use of the on-line service tools. This role offers good career progression opportunities for the successful candidate.

Your mission and responsibilities:

Project management, dealing with internal and external stakeholders.

Monitor the installed product base to prevent and escalate quality issues.

Proactively embrace the ‘Lean’ culture to drive continuous improvement.

Data analysis compiled with product trending.

Implement FMEA and 8D methodologies to understand root cause of product or process failure modes.

Liaise with Quality and Suppliers to help develop and implement new field solutions.

Your qualifications and experience:

Degree qualified or an extensive equivalent experience.

Magnet factory or field service experience relating to Siemens MR systems.

A basic technical or mechanical understanding with some manufacturing experience would be a benefit.

Your personality and skills:

Good time management skills to deliver on time.

Great communication skills with an ability to work effectively within a cross functional team to help solve field problems, and maximise uptime to our Customers.

Excellent IT skills
