Your new role – challenging and future oriented
  • Defining machines, tools and processes within assigned manufacturing engineering team inside area of responsibility
  • Production transformation from linear production into production cells
  • Production staff support during audits (internal and external)
  • Training and development according to skill matrix for Manufacturing Engineering department
  • Coordinating process problem solving in production and method training for Manufacturing Engineering department
  • Capacity defining and tracking within dedicated production area by coordinating assigned manufacturing engineering team
  • Introduction of new products as well as transfer of products internally and externally, by supporting localization specialists
  • Creating necessary documentation for controlling processes and tracking production status (working instructions, visualizations, productivity reporting) by coordinating assigned manufacturing team
  • Analyzing data from production, quality or own sources in order to define proper actions
  • Leading manufacturing engineering team by evaluating their performance and motivating team to perform at its best and to successfully integrate with rest of production and departments
Your qualifications – solid and appropriate
  • Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical engineering, electrical or IT field
  • At least 5 years of leadership/team management experience within production environment
  • Experience with methods such as 5 why, Kaepner Tregoe, Ishikawa, etc.
  • Knowledge of value stream mapping method
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Computer literacy (able to use advanced functions of MS Office: generate pivot tables and charts, perform data analytics from production data)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Great coaching and mentoring skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive and focused on delivery and results
