職務範囲 (Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To achieve the sales target volume in OEM2 channel with the assigned customers by managing the sales representatives and selected customer visits. Develop new business in customers in line with stragegy defined by CDL and BUs

l  Achieve Sales volume of customers in OEM2 channel, in total, based on target setting

l  Develop new business in line with strategy defined by CDL and BUs (Currently, focus on Battery, Tire, Material Handling, ), supported by BUs

l  Prioritize which customers to develop (shared responsibility with BUs), and define

how to develop the customers (Customer Development Plans)

l  Achieve Sales volume of customers in OEM2 channel, on BU level

l  Customer visits with OEM2 Sales Reps for higher level topics

l  Manages assigned organizational unit and leads and coordinates dedicated management and staff.

l  Continuous development of each member of OEM2 Sales team

l  Ensure accurate opportunity reporting in CRM tool Philos

l  Activitiy tracking of Sales Reps, and guide Sales Reps if required

l  Price Management and selected price increases in OEM2 channel

l  May support strategic key customers' business development

l  Travel budget tracking

Essential (today and in future) 必須条件

l  Experience in Sales 5 years or more

l  Experience in Factory Automation 5 years or more

l  People management or leadership experience

l  Business English skill


l  Sales skills

l  Team Management

l  Communication with customers and BU GMs

l  Strategic development of customer

l  Negotiation skills

l  Understanding of basics of finance (margin etc)
