Commercial Project Officer

Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

  • Responsible for project financial reporting including monthly/ year end closing.
  • Prepare project financial budget planning to be in line with project execution milestone.
  • Coordinate and manage for project business administration tasks.
  • Control and monitor relevant project KPI target.
  • Provides regular business reports, with respect to overall performance, and recommends actions to management.
  • Ownership to drive for efficiency and effectives of good governance process.
  • Ensure the compliance with internal control, local accounting regulation, global standard; FRG, GAAP.

 What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration is preferable
  • 3 years working experience and project management is a plus
  • Good Communication in English verbal and written
  • Experience in SAP and proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel
  • Able to work under pressure and dynamic environment
  • Responsible, self-initiative, problem solver and team playe
