Job Description

We are recruiting Sales Manager to join our Steam turbines sales team located in Brno. You will be responsible for development and performance sales activities and partly execution of projects in Central & Eastern Europe, Turkey and Israel.

Your main focus will be on
- responsible for development and performance of sales activities with dedicated customers in assigned region (CEE and Turkey)
- formulate, establish and implement strategy and plans within assigned region in collaboration with regional organization, including reliable order intake forecast
- follow up sales opportunities
- build customer relationship and close collaboration
- effectively manage CRM tool (salesforce.com)

You should have
- experience within sales and customer support 
- fluent in English language, Czech and Russian is advantage
- degree in mechanical engineering
- general sales skills incl. need identification, questioning, listening, negotiation. Good interpersonal skills, experience working with people from multiple disciplines
- motivated, with "can-do" attitude
