As the Systems Architect, your role within the team will be to strengthen the design capability, through working on a multitude of Projects, of a Global Organisation.
Within this role you will be trained and supported, with a long term view to progress and develop your personal skills, within a market leading organisation.
This will include system design, generating emulation models to facilitate the testing of controls software and the development of software to support emulation e.g. the generation of machine specific responses to PLC outputs.
You will create 3D models (so experience using Revit or Solidworks or similar software is beneficial) to aid the simulation of proposed system functionality and demonstrate real system operation: including performance statistics, operational incidents, device behaviour, report generation.
Safety: Will be responsible / accountable to follow occupational health, safety, security, environment and quality as stipulated in OHSMS P03, Project HSSE Plan section 4, SDME EP05 and SDME QP03
The ideal candidate would have some experience in a development / design position with a Mechanical Engineering degree.
5-10 years experience with Baggage Handling Systems
As the System Architect you would ideally also possess a huge interest in technology as well as simulation and virtual environments - this will see you thrive in this role.
