Job Description

Your new role – challenging and future -oriented

Booking in Accounting systems ( SAP ) , planning of cost and revenue, customer credit check, booking of Order Intake, Purchase Orders to suppliers / subcontractors;
• Timely invoicing and payment follow up;
Project related procurement and logistics including subcontractor/vendor management, timely placement of supplier orders, supplier payment, goods / invoice receipt clearing and regular check of material flow for projects;
• Commercial order processing (order registration, purchasing, delivery, invoicing, update order calculation);
• Commercial responsibility regarding stock situation and supervising deliveries;
• coordination of logistics, commercial and economical aspects;
• SAP responsibility: bookings, ordering, revenues, costs;
• Supporting role within acquisition phase of the projects, and initiation of the suppliers and customers in SAP,  to credit management regulations;
• Reminders and overview on payment of clients;
• Controlling of the invoicing process towards suppliers and accountancy;

Your Qualifications – Solid and Appropriate

• University Graduated (preferred Economical University);
• English and Romanian knowledge- advanced;
• 3-5 years experience in a similar position;
• SAP knowledge;
• Experience in a multinational company would be an advantage;
• MS Office is a must;
• Knowledge of commercial topics;
