Controlling and Finance Assurance (CF A) is a Global Leadership Development Program where you will work on different projects for various Siemens businesses. The hands-on international exposure, in-depth view into Siemens operations, and networking opportunities are key elements to taking on a leadership role within Siemens as your next career step.

As digitalization and technology gains increasing significance to Siemens, our IT and Digital Audit Practice plays a pivotal role in providing assurance to the Managing Board and the Audit Committee. We as CF A create impact by exploring the bold questions around digitalization, cloud computing, data privacy and implementation of large IT projects. Using advanced analytics, visualization technologies and artificial intelligence Siemens Internal Audit is actively working on the future of assurance.

Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

• Identify, manage and align emerging risks along with the Siemens’s digitalization strategy with senior management, executives and governance owners
• Develop together with the Chief Audit Officer and the partner group the annual audit plan including new digital products and business models as well as new technology
• Lead and empower multiple engagement teams
• Communicate and reconcile audit results with top management and jointly develop sustainable recommendations that help decision makers to grow and control their digital business 
• Promote and foster an agile work environment with target oriented, self-organized teams
• Act as an innovator who in cooperation with our data analytics team seeks for new ways of increasing coverage and ultimately brings assurance to the next level
• Actively identify and recruit new talents and develop your team through continuous career coaching and mentoring 

Your qualifications – solid and appropriate

• At least 10 years of professional experience within Siemens, a related industry, or a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm
• Strong academic history with a degree in Information Technology, Business or Finance
• Strong managerial experience with an affinity for business models, emerging technology and innovation
• Proven track record of excellent stakeholder management in complex environments 
• Apply your excellent communication skills to drive impact 
• Thought leader in at least one of the following topics: Digitalization strategy, agile IT development, state-of-the-art technology (cloud computing, blockchain, etc.)
• Senior project management expertise, preferably in the context of large scale, complex IT system implementations, e.g. SAP or cloud solutions
• On top of industry standards and regulations such as COBIT, data privacy, IT security, IT service management
• Strong team leadership skills
• Proven record of continuous career development
• Fluency in English and willing to travel internationally up to 80% of your time
