Job Description

Handling multiple customer- Service support 2. Good communication skill- Written and verbal3. Must have knowledge of FAS,CCTV,ACS,BMS and responsible for achieving Service Business targets as per Assigned to him and lead the team of service engineers, technicians and helpers. He is also responsible for forecasting, planning, and delivering financials such as orders, revenue and collection Security/Safety systems4. Responsible for handling Service matrixes- Breakdown call, response time, resolution time, NPS etc5. Responsible for achieving Service Business targets  lead the team of service engineers, technicians and helpers.
