What kind of tasks will you have?
Responsible for the end-to-end local immigration process
Coordinate the collection of required documents from the involved parties (HR Delegation Consultant, traveller employee, division back office administration etc.)
Order the services of the external immigration service provider and ensure that the documents are handed over for the visa application on time and afterwards receive the visa and forward to employee/Delegation Consultant
Administer immigration and social security related other registration processes (e.g. in EU countries)
What makes you stand out?
1-2 years relevant work experience (HR or Travel Industry)
Microsoft office proficiencies including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong teamwork skills
Good (fluent) written and oral communication skills (Hungarian, English)
Ability to multi-task and to prioritize in order to complete several projects
