Change the future with us.
  • In your new role you develop and implement a global communication strategy for energy, including tactics and targets. You identify and analyze relevant communication trends, competitor work & research to effectively communicate messages in a coordinated and differentiating manner
  • You utilize internal and external communication expertise to develop and drive a compelling energy transition message platform for positioning as a thought leader to ensure it is maintained during M&A milestones
  • You work with the external & internal influencer community to devise an appropriate amplification strategy, test messaging platform and co-develop storytelling
  • Furthermore, you ensure that a community is being developed around the topic of energy within and outside of Siemens on the appropriate online and offline platforms
  • You ensure seamless change management around organizational announcements, design principles and M&A activities to an internal audience
  • Moreover, you ensure the consistent and holistic positioning as a thought leader in energy topics as well as the entire Siemens offering in thought leadership events, internal communication & media opportunities
  • You define the messaging structure and identify all participants’ responsibilities in order to drive the planning and execution of our strategy

What you need to make real what matters.
  • The foundation of your success is University degree or equivalent on-the-job experience
  • In addition, you have Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in communications and/or journalism
  • You have experience in and/or in-depth knowledge of the energy topic either as an influencer, thought leader, industry expert, and/or product/solution manager
  • You have experience in production/project management, web publishing, social media and/or content marketing
  • International experience as well as experience in working in matrixed and complex organizations is a plus
  • You are a team player who is collaborative and like a variety of different projects and tasks
  • Your business fluent English and ideally good German skills round off your profile.
