As a key member of the talent acquisition team, the Talent Sourcer & University Relations Specialist is responsible for candidate attraction by acting as a search expert for functional divisions, by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements.
As a sourcer this position is responsible for sourcing and screening active candidates from on line databases as well as passive candidates through networking, cold calling, internet searches and research.
This role will participate in recruitment strategy / consultation & planning sessions to understand hiring needs and requirements.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify holistic sourcing strategies by function and job family.
This position will also share information such as labor market availability & sourcing technologies that facilitates an effective search process according to assigned timelines.
Proactively investigate new ideas for creating innovative sourcing strategies.
Will be responsible of the university relations strategy and implementation in order to create a win- win strategic relationship .
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience within a recruiting function.
Advanced English knowledge.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Selling skills to generate interest in passive candidates.
Use assessment skills to short list top candidates for recruiters.
Utilize ATS ( Avature tool) to its fullest capabilities, shifting recruitment methodology from reactive to proactive by building talent pipelines.
Social network and talent acquisition digital tools knowledge required.
Proven experience leading intern or trainees program with key universities.
