Then come and join our global team as Customer Services Planning Manager to develop and support processes in order for creation of a data driven service eco-system.

 

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Ensure the implementation, roll out and systematic usage of CS operational performance parameters using local and global data bases and business warehouses

  • Analyzing the “Big data of Customer Services” for supporting planning and forecast activities with different aspects and presenting findings through various BI Tools (Power BI, Qlick sense, etc.)

  • Aims to find correlations between technical and financial data to create more efficient and effective processes, identifies problematic areas, and provides suggestions based on data analysis

  • Timely planning the periodical maintenance of the systems under warranty and the contract; thus enabling them to be completed in coordination with the CCC Operations

  • Timely completion and reporting of the modifications and updates released by the Head Quarter regarding system security and performance

  • Reporting of the safety modifications to the Ministry of Health

  • Follow-up of the toolkits which are required for the start-up processes

  • Monitoring and reporting the helium levels for MR systems; Additionally planning the helium refills in necessary locations

  • Supporting the management about planning the Human Resources and system technical trainings of engineers, technicians and application specialists; Additionally entering these training plans in the intranet

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

  • Calculate and monitor technical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within customer services

  • Calculate and monitor productivity of the field staff

  • Design processes and tools to allow data to be more accurate and more accessible.

  • Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools

  • Ensure maximum IT/ERP system performance and implementation global standards / interfaces

  • Provide insights for modality managers in terms of equipment performances

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business or IT informatics

  • 3-5 years working experience in corporate setting preferably in Healthcare Industry

  • Excellent command of (spoken and written) English; German will be an asset

  • Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office i.e. Powerpoint, Excel

  • Knowledge in SAP and BI tools (PowerBI, Cliksense, etc.) will be an asset

  • Ability to cope with fast-paced and pressured work.

  • High accuracy and strong attention to detail and a strong analytical mind

  • Good organizational skills. Ability to work and collaborate with different teams across the company
