What are my responsibilities?
Building and maintain strong relationship with Key account customers in Food and Beverage branch, improving Siemens products/solutions/services share of wallet and transparency in relevant account customers.
Develops/builds/cultivates long-term relationships with key management within the customer organization
Guides the development and execution of strategic account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals.
Develop Account Business Plans (ABP) for selected accounts and gradually improve account transparency
Responsible for sales order income to Food and Beverage accounts directly as well as indirectly through local partners.
Analyze the activities and behaviors of competitors in vertical customers and market。
Lead key project in relevant customer, cooperate with external and internal resource.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
5-8 years experiences in Food and Beverage industry, deep understanding of relevant branch and customers (include corporate vision, organization, decision-making, Commercial, CAPEX, OPEX, go-to-market etc…)
Industry know-how & experience, including products and technology.
Relations management/ account team collaboration / team leadership / resource management
manage multi-level customer relationships ranging from the technicians to executive management
Excellent written, Oral and communication skills of English
Bachelor and above in related majors
