Sales Support Executive

Job Description

As a Sales Support Executive in an industry leading organization, you will be a team player working along with a dynamic team of Sales, technical support and commercial in Singapore. Together as a team, we optimize, expand and grow the business.

 

Your job responsibilities include

  • Attend to customer sales enquiries, supporting Sales and sales coordination activity including liaison with Siemens Order Management team to ensure customer satisfactions on order accuracy and delivery promptness
  • Assisting internal/external audit sales process from business unit point of view
  • Reporting sales/project opportunities in the CRM (customer relationship management) tools and data maintenance on customer profiles

Scope of sales support tasks include but not limiting to:

  • Support to review, propose, negotiate quotations, contracts, offers, with terms and condition to guard organization's interest within authorization level
  • Generating e-quotes to customers via Siemens tools
  • Ensure Limit of Authority (LoA) process implementation throughout all sales milestones
  • Maintain customer relationship via regular communication to understand customer commercial processes in order to have an efficient and effective Quote to Order/Cash process
  • Liaison with Siemens Technical, Product and Sales Management for technical configuration including any project requirements and pricing supports

What do I need to do to qualify for this job?

  • Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, Logistics or Supply Chain Business Related Areas
  • Min 3 years of sales support experience
  • Prior experience with SAP will be an added advantage
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Able to communicate with people of all level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
