Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Ordering handling, logistics, warehouse management and delivery management
  2. Perform sales administrator and secretary role within business unit
  3. Customer and supplier liaison coordination
  4. Document control, filing and management
  5. Team backup

Requirements:

  1. University above, major in business administration or related
  2. At least 3 years of working experience in office administration and logistics field
  3. SAP knowledge on operation and process flow
  4. Logistics knowledge (import/export/customs)
  5. Good command of both written and spoken English
  6. Good communication and coordination skills
