Work closely with business managers and HR business partners to identify the staffing needs. Lead and monitor the recruiters to fill the targeted headcounts, Talent market intelligence gathering and analysis. Channel and pipeline analysis and build up.
What role will you play?
Monitor recruiters to ensure that all recruitment policy, processes and tools are managed efficiently to achieve recruiting KPIs.
Work closely with businesses and HR BP to drive strategic workforce plan.
Develop recruiting strategies by providing market intelligence in certain industry (e.g. employer branding, recruiting and C&B bench mark, retention plan, etc.)
Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill recruiting targets.
Take initiatives to provide complete and transparent analysis of recruiting status for the responsible business units.
Lead the recruiting team to expand talent pool and build talent pipeline for the responsible business units.
Build up business knowledge, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends
Actively support HR recruiting programs / projects.
Manage recruiting team and coach recruiters to build up business knowhow, and enhance competence
What qualification does the successful candidate bring?
5-8 years experience as recruiter either in house or in consulting firm
> 5 year working experience in multinational company
-BA/BS degree in HR Management, Business Administration or other related fields
HR Professional Knowledge:
-Understanding of China local government regulations related to recruiting
-Trends in the labor market and TA best practices;
-Relevant sourcing strategies and channels
-State of the art selection methods and approaches
- Key Performance Indicators for recruiting consultants and their analysis
- Recruiting Software: process and interfaces
- Knowledge of Siemens business
-Strong influencing, interaction, communication skills
-Strong relationship-building skills especially with hiring management & BU management
-Fluent in English and Chinese, both oral and written
-Fluent in using MS tools or equivalent
