Job Description

The Siemens Business Unit Industrial Customer Services is looking for a support for our Customer Care Center and Assistance for our Team in Bangkok. Customer Services offers products and services in an industrial environment for all kind of industry. The whole organization has 130 employees with a team of approx. 10 people in Bangkok.

The customer care center is our public sign and visibility to the customer. The applicant shall be the interface to our customers and ensure and improve our customer satisfaction by follow-up, status tracking, activity coordination in the organization and promoting services to ensure a 100% satisfaction of the customer.

In the function of the team assistance, the applicant will support the team of the Bangkok office and the management in various tasks. High level of friendliness, good English skills, service minded are core competences. Willingness to drive things forward and make the change in our Service Center development are as much required as reliability and accuracy in the team support function.


What are my responsibilities?

  • Support the whole team for travel organization and claims
  • Support any kind of document coordination, preparation and documentation between different parties of the team
  • Prepare documents according to management requirements for signatures and alike
  • Support meeting preparation and documentation
  • Coordinate any team and or customer events
  • Be the interface between management and team
  • Support management in various tasks and follow up on assigned tasks
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction by follow up on executed Services
  • Coordinate complaints within the organization, follow up on actions
  • Receive and record customer calls, coordinate required actions by the organization.
  • Actively contact customers for feedback and for promoting/ lead generating of services


What do I need to qualify for the job?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in related or relevant field
  • Thai National, male/female with 3 to 5 years of direct work experience secretarial, support or administrative functions for engineering project services company, sales organizations or customer service environment
  • Strong collaborative skills, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Service mindset, diligent, patient, consistent, punctual, organized, friendly and logical.
  • Ability to work in a faced-paced environment, hard-working, flexible and adaptable.
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated and to adapt to change.
