Fully responsible for results of Siemens cross-organizational project ( e.g cost, time, quality )
Ensure customer satisfaction, Professional stakeholder management, timely decisions and escalation if required
Areas of Responsibility / Tasks
Manage customer requirements by active communication and information gathering to create additional opportunities and achieve project target agreement.
Manage project finance by minimizing non-conformance costs and regular financial monitoring with CPM to achieve targets on the basis of contract and risk situation
Manage project life cycle by regular meetings and handling relevant planning
elements to delegate defined work packages and implement contractual obligations.
Manage the project enable processes by assessing contracts with relevant experts and negotiations with stakeholder to mitigate the claim and risk.
Develop strategies for the project and beyond by signing project manager target agreement to align project targets with business strategy.
Manage project team by team-building and supporting team-members personal development to take responsibility for project work life balance and qualities.
Manage compliance to standards, rules and regulations (e.g safety, tax, employee, delegation, ECC etc）and set measure to ensure zero harm policy and integrity.
