Job Description

- Provide HR personnel service to JV/OCs, mainly including:
Employee lifecyle (Check-in/out, transfer, termination)
Contract Admin/Employee certificate
P-file management
Payroll & Benefit handling
Daily employee query consultation
- Deal with HR data on DOE and SAP logically
- Deliver HR report timely and accurately
- Attendance system HR power user for JV/OCs (e.g. Kronos)
- Take part in Internal and external projects
- HR general competencies:
- Proficient in MS Office and HR related applications
- Business and customer focus mindset
- HR Knowledge of country-specifics
- English level: Intermediate
- Good communication skill and teamwork spirit
