For our Digital Factory Division in SUZHOU, we are looking for a SEAL 苏州西门子电器有限公司Technical Service Department Manager 技术服务科经理地点: 苏州.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Provide full support to customer timely and efficiently.

2. Manage service team provide good service to customer, improve customer satisfaction continuously.

3. Provide technical analysis report for failure product and trouble cases;

4. Stated leadership in teamwork on technical aspect, provide technical guidance to the trainee and clients.

5. Communicate with business unit, sales team, supply chain and other functions internally and customers externally  to maintain a good level of customer satisfaction.

6. Monitor & guide customer service’s daily work. Provide timely and effective support as needed

7. Develop team members

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor degree or above with industry automation or relevant industry background,
2. Above 5 years work experience in technic job in service category

3. Be experienced in team management

4. Have Professional knowledge of product application

5. Have process and business orientation awareness

What else do I need to know?

公司位于苏州市高新区,占地约62000平方米。公司主要生产接触器、继电器和断路器等低压电器产品。天台分公司主要生产按扭开关, 指示灯及万转开关等产品。
