In North East,  our Healthcare business has grown substantially in last few years. With the existing strength of CSEs we are facing difficulties to improve our service response time and service delivery in diagnostic imaging business.
Job/Position description is Installation, breakdown servicing, Preventive services, field updates and remote services, customer communication and site visits,  usage and return of spare parts of DI AT and other equipments of Healthcare plus telephonic and written communications with technical support center, i.e with TSE/RSC/HSC. Also to collaborate with PM/Commercial/sales function.
