Job Description

 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant departments

  • Proven 5+ year of work experience in in strategic selling and business development. Ability to understand and manage customers' requirements.

  • Experience in the industrial, technology, electronics, or engineering sectors with particular focus on transportation/trains is desirable

  • Good command of English and German will be an asset

  • Able to take initiative, open to change, decisive and driven for results and quality

  • Excellent interpersonal and multi-ethical communication skills

  • Customer oriented and a team player

What are my responsibilities?

  • Plans and executes sales targets and activities in selling assigned products, services or projects in order to increase sales and to achieve defined commercial targets.

  • Drive and participate in all sales activities including pre-bid reviews, risk management, bid preparation, costing reviews

  • Responsible for managing the complete sales life cycle of all project opportunities; and account management.

  • To establish, maintain and improve on customer contacts and ensure ready availability of market intelligence through effective customer intelligence and communication.

  • Analyzes and evaluates markets and needs of potential or existing customers.

  • Prepares and negotiates projects and proposals in cooperation with other involved professionals and management.

  • Follow-up and analyzes won / lost orders, as well as determines competitive situation with customers.

What else do I need to know?

  • Military service should be completed for male candidates.

  • No restriction for travelling
