Job Description

What are my job responsibilities?
  • Implement Commodity strategies to ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of materials
  • Perform qualification, selection, evaluation, development, segmentation for Logistic Category
  • Involve in develop supplier strategy and lead business review
  • Prepare requisition (ie: requisition for proposal, requisition for information) 
  • Lead negotiations along with demand owner to obtain highest feasible productivity result 
  • Design and implement Logistics concepts to secure the success of the business units with a systematic and strategic approach
  • Prepare and conduct analysis for category Logistics; to supply data for decisions
  • Design and implement standardized methods, processes and systems to optimize processes and work results.
  • Implementation global defined methods, processes and systems to ensure high process efficiency and process compliance e.g. compliant Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process, Procurement guidelines, IT systems)
  • Generate and document savings results; plan, monitor and report assigned KPI
  • Ensure a close cooperation with Internal Customers; early involvement
  • Promote knowledge sharing; Communicate Logistics updates timely to stakeholders
  • Review and approve freight invoices

How do I qualify for the role?
  • Possess 5 - 8 years of relevant Supply Chain Management/ Logistic Services working experience
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills
  • Experience in Logistic Planning
  • Familiar with MS Office
