Head of IOT Solution, China
What role will you play?
- Head of IOT SOL is responsible from lead generation, directly or via channel partners, until final implementation of solutions combining IT and OT at customer side both internally and externally.
- Manage business development activities, align sales strategies and grow business opportunities and revenue from new and existing market segments and channels for IOT integration services business.
- Funnels and decide on requested sales portfolio per application / per technology.
- Exploit key customers’ opportunities and demand, and provide insights to product /solution planning.
- Analyze and evaluate strategic business segments and potential acquisitions & partnership candidates.
- Ramp up teams with core competences required with continuous team development, decide and allocate financial and personnel resources, lead and / or coordinate dedicated management and staff.
What qualification does the successful candidate bring?
- Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering or other related subjects.
- Work experience in business development or sales functions of more than 10 years, being an entrepreneur with strong focus on growth and business innovation.
- Deep understanding of industry trends including market dynamics, product and technology trends, as well as start-ups in IOT business area.
- Proven leadership skills in leading cross function teams as well as partners both inside and outside of the organization.
- Ability to engage and inspire people to challenge status quo and think outside of the box.
- Good communication skills both in English and Chinese.
