Job Description

  1. Secretarial and administrative tasks for management and team members: office administration, correspondence,telephone reception, schedule coordination, meeting planning, handling courier and etc.
  2. Document management (archiving, Electronic Data Management) for documents relevant to the department and team members
  3. Travel management (orders and settles means of transportation)
  4. Process documents using MS Office. 
  5. Possibly enters and data into and controls the personnel time entry tool 
  6. Reception of and care for visitors
  7. Manages departmental statistics, reporting and ensure the compliance of the relevant company's guideline and regulations
  8. Documentation support for quotations, tenders and projects.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  1. MS Office (Advanced)
  2. SAP (Advanced)
  3. English and additional language if necessary
  4. Good communication skills
  5. Understanding of the company's process, guideline and regulation
  6. Open for intercultural encounters
  7. Multiple task handling skills
  8. Self-motivated
