What are my responsibilities ?
Building and maintain strong relationship with Key customers in Air Separation branch, improving Siemens products/solutions/services share of wallet and transparency in relevant customers.
Develops /builds/cultivates long-term relationships with key management within the customer
Guides the development and execution of strategic customers plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals.
Make Customer Development Plans (CDP) for selected customers and gradually improve
Responsible for sales order income directly as well as indirectly through local partners.
Analyze the activities and behaviors of competitors in vertical customers and market.
Lead key project in relevant customers, cooperate with external and internal resource.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
3+ years experiences in Air Separation or Industrial Gas , deep understanding of relevant branch or
Industrial automation & digitalization know-how & experience, including products and technology.
Excellent capacity and experience in relations management/ account team collaboration / resource
Manage multi-level customer relationships ranging from the technicians to executive management
Excellent written, Oral and communication skills of English
Bachelor and above in related majors , Automation/Digitalization relative preferred
