Regional Modality Manager is responsible for generating business by supporting the sales team and the distributors. Key responsibilities include generating product specific customized presentations highlighting the USPs of the solution being offered to the customer. Prepare arguments to bring out the superior features of our solution as compared to competition. Continuously monitoring the quality of the funnel, funnel adequacy and OSC data quality. Keep a close track on the status of the demonstrations of the system and identify the important sites and the KOLs to ensure high demo win rate and thus order hit rate. Prepare forecasts for the quarter and monitor the same for maximum fulfilment. Tailor make standard configurations for the systems. Facilitating signing of demo site agreements and maintaining the same. Completing the X-matrix requirements, action points to meet the overall HC objectives. All RMMs carry direct targets on Revenue (TO) &/or Order Value (OV) and are also responsible for Payment Collections.
