For our ECV (Electric and Hybrid Drives Business for Commercial Vehicles) department, we’re looking for software engineers who are experts in the field of electric and hybrid drive systems.
What are my responsibilities?
•Development of control panel based on Labview, Canoe, VB, VC++
•Understand basic J1939 CAN Bus communication and the interfaces to EVCU, BMS, combustion engines and fuel cell controls
•Simulate, program and test new communication protocol based on AutoSar
•Fast feedback to customer for system engineering questions
•Support to local sales team and application team
What do I need to qualify for this job?
•At least bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related
•Very good Labview and Teststand skills
•Software Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in industry or automotive applications
•Got experience with electric drives, consisting of motors and inverter
•Experience with Embedded Controllers (e.g. Infineon Aurix Family) and Programming Language C
•Very good English language skills and optional German language skills
•Experience with software testing e.g. MISRA, Vector CANoe
•Experience with systems and software requirements engineering e.g. Polarion
•Basic understanding of safety regulations e.g. ISO 26262, ASIL
What else do I need to know?
•Affinity to travel to customers and work in an international environment
