Job Description

Siemens Healthineers are looking for an experienced Entry Level Talent  Acquisition Partner to join our HR team. 

This is a hybrid talent role, which will primarily be responsible for recruitment of candidates for our entry level talent (ELT) programs across all Siemens Healthineers sites across GB&I. However, the role will also support with professional hires recruitment outside of the ELT recruitment cycle. The role is based at our offices in Frimley, Surrey.

The successful candidate has end-to-end responsibility for the ELT recruiting process including sourcing, attracting, assessing and hiring with a focus on active candidates as well as managing with professional hires recruitment processes when outside of ELT recruitment cycle.

By maintaining a deep and current knowledge of the talent market and the Healthineers organisation, you will be a business partner addressing business needs and delivering recruitment activity for all roles across our sales and service teams.  

Required Experience: 
Several years of Talent Acquisition experience, working predominantly within Entry Level Talent / Graduate Recruitment 
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills 
Experience with Entry Level Talent recruitment processes i.e working with Universities, attending recruitment fairs and running assessment processes
 
Ideally you will have experience of using Avature.
