Branch Projects Administrator

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Smart Infrastructure Solutions & Services team in Frimley.

As the Branch Projects Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Project Managers in London, Canary Wharf and our South Branch.

Key responsibilities involved in your day to day role will include:

  • Monitoring quotations and projects on Philos, 020 online quote tool, and SAP

  • Ensuring prepared information is sent out to engineers

  • Collecting information / Works reports from engineers and passing to Project Managers

  • Support for Southern branch Commissioning Engineers which will include updating their online diary in SAP, ensuring PDA information is correct, and ensuring engineers have job numbers to ensure accurate time bookings.

  • Requesting Access permits for various sites on different customer online platforms.

  • Being central point of contact for customers when PM’s are out onsite meetings / Holiday.

  • Scheduling Commissioning Engineers with Coordination and Contract Admin for South Branch.

  • Scheduling Engineers with Project Managers.

  • Monitoring Utilization of Commissioning Engineers and noting and lost / none productive days

  • Setting up customer accounts.


What you need to make real what matters.

This role will require constant liaison with customers / Project Managers and Engineers over the phone and via email, therefore a good written and verbal communication skills are essential.

As most of the Branch Projects team are remote workers, you may at times be the only member of the team in the office, therefore the ability to think on your feet and use initiative when solving complex issues is key to this role.

Experience of using SAP and other office basics such as Outlook, Word and Excel, would be highly advantage.
