Siemens is looking for a Technical Sales Consultant, to be hired with a permanent contract, for its premises in Bologna. He/she will be responsible for Support Sales and Customers in developing new applications and solving technical problems for the North Center Area (Bologna, Reggio Emilia e Modena)
The Technical Promoter has to manage the products portfolio of the relative Business Unit through customers requests and market analysis.

What will you manage in the short term?
Develop new business opportunities with assigned Target Customers
Visit customers to explore their needs and update them on new products
Organize Product training to customers
Collaborate with colleagues of Business Unit to share market data updates
Influence stakeholders and the Customer’s “Decision makers”;
Deep knowledge of the market and the competitors’ offer;
And what about the medium-long term?
You will have the possibility of becoming Sales Area Manager
Who are we looking for?
A candidate with the following features:
Passionate and prepared to manage issues related to technological innovation in Industry 4.0
At least 3 years experience in technical department within industrial automation, with a products’ portfolio made of Control, Command, Protection and Safety devices and their standard applications;
Bachelor's / Three Years Master's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Automation or Technical High School Diploma
Good knowledge of Sales Policy in terms of Pricing, Discount, General Terms & Conditions in the industrial market;
Available to frequent business trips on North Center Area (Bologna, Reggio Emilia e Modena)
Good knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken;
Strong orientation to reach targets, initiative, autonomy and propensity to work in team
adequate capacity of relationship with customers, sales force and extensive knowledge of the industrial market
