You manage the candidate experience – and often your hiring managers – to maintain a positive Siemens image.   You leverage our employer brand to build interest and build proactive candidate pipelines for our future needs.

You are aligned to one of Siemens businesses so that you can build your understanding of the business and can act as a partner and talent advisor to your hiring managers.

You are networked with colleagues in and beyond China who support the same business segments you do, allowing you to add value by bringing market intelligence, including competitor insights, to the table with your Hiring Managers.

You also have the opportunity to work with your future colleagues on project teams across HR in China and with Talent Acquisition colleagues globally.

What qualification does the successful candidate bring?

Your bring 5+ years of recruiting experience preferable including 3+ years working for a multi-national company

You are a fan of technology as evidenced by your knowledge of relevant recruiting and business tools

You are a skilled relationship builder and interviewer with a sound foundation in China’s relevant laws and regulations related to recruiting.

You seek a fast paced environment and are excited about being part of a global Talent Acquisition community in Siemens

You are not only fluent in Chinese and English, but use your language skills to build relationships, communicate transparently and be influential with hiring managers, candidates and colleagues.

What else do I need to know?

TALENTS - acquiring them from external markets is a key pillar of Siemens' global growth strategy. Talent Acquisition is of high importance to drive People Excellence, one of the 3 pillars of Siemens China Strategy.

In Talent Acquisition we work on efficient strategies and tactics that are targeted at attracting and recruiting our future employees.

Our ultimate goal is to be perceived as an Employer of Choice - by students and professionals in the external market and also by our employees. We achieve this by sustainably focusing on key levers and elements such as employer branding, recruiting, university relations, high-potential recruiting and student programs.

Innovating and improving in these areas provides us with an excellent foundation to excel in Talent Acquisition. Acquiring the best talents for Siemens is important for all of us - so let's work together on this critical mission. We are committed and dedicated to driving our vision to become, and remain, an Employer of Choice.
