Accounting and Finance/SCM Data Analyst - Ostrava

Job Description

Do you like to work with a big volume of data, work with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, build new reports, KPIs, BVIs, new analytics pages in data mining software. Are you innovative, forward driven and do you think outside the box? In this case, we are looking forward to working with you! We are looking for a new colleague for a Performance analytics department responsible for internal reporting and data mining tool. We provide a comprehensive introduction training for all internal tools and systems that we use.

You will be especially responsible for
maintenance of the reporting tool & Development of the new reporting pages in data mining software (training will be provided)
Ensuring project progress and arranging meetings and task groups for target topics & projects
Managing different process analysis tasks, establishing process deficiencies and identifying opportunities for service improvement for different process areas
Close cooperation with CF R FSS SM&BE colleagues from HQ Quality cockpit team & other internal customers
Close cooperation with GS IT on various topics related to the maintenance & new development
data analysis and improvement ideas & related projects for various accounting topics
Carrying on ad hoc data analysis for external customers
promotional & communication activities 

You should have
Good English communication skills, German is an advantage
Ideally 1-3 years experience within accounting and related activities & processes
General understanding of accounting processes (Verification processes, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, ICC, Closing & Reporting) 
General understanding of SCM procurement / Supply chain logistics processes is advantage
Experience in controlling / reporting is advantage
Very good MS office knowledge especially MS Excel efficiency (pivot tables, functions etc.) 
Very good communication, presentation and organizational skills 
Team player, professional, keen to learn new things and processes
