Logistic Specialist (1 year contract)

Then come in and join our team as Logistic Specialist (1-year contract) to support the Customer Service (CS) Logistic team.
Your mission and responsibilities:
Ensure tools that is due for calibration/repair is done timely as it is being audited yearly by external and internal
Must be capable enough to deal with warehouse personal and proper maintenance of training center
Proper documentation and filing are done
Willing to be part or new projects and event host by the company
Should be able to work under stress and independent to multitask as well think out of the box when need to arrange for delivery
Need to deal with local courier company to have the parts and tools to be delivered timely. Being able to coordinate on the parts and tools delivery between forwarder, local transporter and our engineer throughout Malaysia

Your qualifications and experiences:
Minimum 2 years or more experience in Logistics operation
SAP knowledge would be an advantage
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Ability and willingness to work in multicultural organization
