What are my responsibilities?
1. Can independent handle administration work with good quality on efficient way- ( eg: meeting and travel arrangements & expense claims, procurement for office supply & services, organize team activities, regional tour… )
2. Learn and independent Handle LAMS application to some SUs, familiar with guideline/process, learn the soft communication skill to effective solve the conflict if it happen
3. Skillful handle all different tools as NEXUS for GEC &TEC, travel arrangement, Procurement @ OneSRM operation
What do I need to qualified for?
Good English both in written and oral, good communication skill, willing to help and support colleague handle different task.
Ownership, high quality culture and self motivation
Good at documentation and skillful at office software like: word/excel/PPT
Expected education is Bachelor and above
Similar experience expected .
