Business Unit Manager - POC e MDX

Job Description


  • Develop and secure implementation of Zone  Business Area strategy and allocation of resources across Zone.
  • Align with Business Area on Business Line specific Zone targets.
  • Acts as key interface with the CBLL (Country Business Line Lead)
  • Conduts performance reviews according to HPS framework, methods and tool.
  • Define key requirements for Go-to-Market in the Zone.
  • Actively takes trade off-decisions within his decisions rights and also support Zone Business Area Lead in trade off-decisions.
  • Deploys strategic guidelines including a comprehensive marketing approach and pricing governance and vice versa.
  • Support Zone Heads & Zone Area Lead on CRM excellence
  • Enforces best practices sharing across Zone and with other Zones.


  • Graduated in Marketing, Administration or Health area.
  • Experience in Diagnostic Market.
  • Availability to travel.
  • English fluent.
