- Develop and secure implementation of Zone Business Area strategy and allocation of resources across Zone.
- Align with Business Area on Business Line specific Zone targets.
- Acts as key interface with the CBLL (Country Business Line Lead)
- Conduts performance reviews according to HPS framework, methods and tool.
- Define key requirements for Go-to-Market in the Zone.
- Actively takes trade off-decisions within his decisions rights and also support Zone Business Area Lead in trade off-decisions.
- Deploys strategic guidelines including a comprehensive marketing approach and pricing governance and vice versa.
- Support Zone Heads & Zone Area Lead on CRM excellence
- Enforces best practices sharing across Zone and with other Zones.
- Graduated in Marketing, Administration or Health area.
- Experience in Diagnostic Market.
- Availability to travel.
- English fluent.
