Come and join our team as Technical Operations Scientist. Working within Technical Operations, Scientists are involved in the effective resolution of product performance issues and  improvements.

Your mission and responsibilities:

  • Design, direct, organise and implement actions required to resolve technical issues and product improvements

  • Design analytical experiments with the aim of identifying the root cause of product performance issues and optimisation of processes.

  • Review, assess and, where required, perform suitable statistical analysis on data generated as a consequence of or in relation to a technical investigation.

  • Interpret, summarise and present results to the required standard.

  • Write and circulate technical reports for all assigned investigations. Generate reports and participate in meetings to support the relevant processes.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Demonstratable experience in environment with Immunoassay, problem solving or data analysis

  • Post-graduate or graduate in a science discipline or relevant industry experience

  • Knowledge of laboratory skills and practices, analysis tools and techniques

  • Knowledge of Immunoassay

  • Experience of using data analysis and statistical software packages

  • Project management skills

  • Great attention to detail and time management skills

  • Commitment, integrity and a high level of self motivation.
