Our New South Wales service team is critical to our total business offering, and you will show strong customer relationship and fault finding skills within your list of attributes. Reporting to the NSW Service Project Team Leader for Smart Infrastructure, you will be required to complete a wide range of technically oriented commissioning work and provide support to your team in planning and managing these works.  You will have the opportunity to work on a multitude of sites around Sydney and may be required to be available for after-hours and on-call support as part of this role.

As a Commissioning Specialist you will be responsible for a broad scope of technical tasks which include commissioning, customer & subcontractor liaison, evaluation of customer’s equipment and assisting with site OH&S audits, among others. You may also be required to provide input into technical design and development for service offerings, along with estimating, planning, and reviewing of technical tasks in support of overall project acquisition, negotiation, planning and management.

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you will need to possess the following:
  • Knowledge and experience with commissioning & servicing access control systems
  • Knowledge and experience with commissioning & servicing CCTV systems
  • Proficiency with computers, networks and 3rd party software ( i.e. Microsoft )
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • A drive to try new things
  • A self-motivated attitude
  • The ability to demonstrate strong customer engagement and relationship skills
