- Supervise area warranty service team and train builder factory onsite team warranty service carry out, esclate important issue to project management and headquarter.
- Responsible for the regions/areas warranty recourse balance, target assign and key points follow up.
- System assistance for customers and operators during the commercial service of railway vehicles in agreement with the project management and support field service in troubleshooting to improve high speed train platform reliability.
- Improve warranty service team capability and team spirit.
- Personnel management (agreement in respect of objective, coaching, motivation, team formation).
- Agreement on objectives and verification of the achievement of objectives via Employees dialogue,PMP rounds,Reporting, Management discussion and Business workshop.
- Support the regions/areas leader develop and perform project planning and fulfill work targets.
- Maximizing customer satisfaction rate.
- Maintain customer relationship within responsible regions or allocated projects and collect market information.
- Working experience in Railway system(e.g. Train manufacturer, Train maintenance organization, Train main component supplier, High speed train, Locomotive, metro experience).
- Experience in electrical and mechanical technology, commissioning and warranty service, problem solving skill etc.
- Multinational corporation working experience. Have been involved in large project and have led more than 20 staff team.
