Your tasks and responsibilities:

  1. Work out successful sales strategy for territory to identify prospects, make planned sales call, and promote products to prospective accounts.                                                                             

  2. Provide support and direction to sales team to achieve business objectives externally and internally.                                                                                      

  3. Close contact with named accounts in responsible territory for long team business relationship and lead projects for named account.                                                                                 

  4. Give constant coach to sales team for skill enhancement and development                                                                                         

  5. Conclude orders, and follow up to ensure timely installation full customer satisfaction                                                                                   

  6. Guide sales to Achieve sales target in assigned territories for all medical product lines,                                                                                   

  7. Support recruitment and training sales staff.                                                                                    


Your qualifications and experience:

  1. Rich knowledge of sales cycle, opportunity management and negotiation tactics

  2. Solid medical product knowledge

  3. good command of English speaking and writing

  4. Familiar sales workflow, Understand sales chain.

  5. Marketing sensitivity to analysis event

  6. Work in a different company culture
