Here's where you make the difference
  • You develop and maintain a Service Performance Management Framework to enable a consistent measurement of user perception and service effectiveness
  • Create and report on performance metrics for IT Infrastructure services to identify areas requiring improvement
  • You manage and analyze raised problems together with our business partners
  • You develop sustainable solutions and ensure the implementation with responsible functions and IT providers
  • You'll take on project management responsibilities


What you should have
  • Experience in the area of the IT infrastructure and you are familiar with problem-solving incident analysis and remediation.
  • Experience in IT service management, especially in the management of service providers
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in creating concepts and solutions
  • Very good English skills, German as an advantage
  • Initiative, ability to change, strategic thinking, organizational skills, communication and team skills, customer-oriented
  • Readiness for occasional duty on weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to travel
