Then come in and join our Customer Services (CS) team as Application Specialist - Diagnostic (DX) .


Your mission and responsibilities:


You support customers in using (software) applications and solutions to the optimum extend.


You comprehensive training for using applications and solution focused on specific customer demand.


You configure software applications to meet customer needs.


You as an interface between customer and provider of application to solve customer problems and enhance the application with new features.


You responsible for on-site customer education on Siemens Healthineers systems; including turnover training, follow-ups, updates and upgrades for standard system and applications.


You responsible for customer's consultancy and support individual workflow improvements, including adjustment of system parameters and implementation of new methods and clinical workflows to extend customer portfolio.


You provide professional application support to quickly process and resolve customer tickets, escalations and complaints, including error diagnosis and repair, trouble shooting.


You in charge of Sales Support, e.g product demonstrations, preparation of clinical case studies.

Your qualification and experiences:


You possess at least a Bachelors’ Degree in Chemistry , Microbiology, Medical Technology or equivalent in relevant life science subject


You have at least 3 years of work experience and broad technical knowledge in the field of diagnostic systems, especially with reagents, PC-systems, operating systems, network engineering, interface engineering, basic medical knowledge


Your personality and skills:


You enjoy building trusted relationship with customers and knowledge of the country -wide Service and Customer Support required

You sounds knowledge of the medical analysis laboratory and the range of equipment used

Fluent English language skills
