What are my responsibilities?

User Support Service:

  • Respond to customers and users queries, issues via telephone or e-mails as per time schedule defined
  • Record and follow up tickets from creation to closure for all inbound calls/emails in ticket tool
  • Dispatched/allocate incident to appropriate service line experts for knowledge escalation resolution
  • Monitor incidents, issues, requests and ensure resolution is provided on a timely basis and subsequently close the incidents, issues, requests
  • Customer satisfaction evaluation follow up

PO Service:

  • Purchase order creation/revision in SAP & OneSRM
  • ICC PR handling
  • Invoice clarification for rejected invoice with SCM IM local buyer and Requester.
  • Catalog PO delivery monitoring and revision.
  • GR monitoring
  • SAP report and PO related report
  • Ensure the timely delivery of all purchase order to supplier
  • Ensure that timely communication with all internal team and SCM IM local buyer
  • Provide office based technical back-up and support to on-site engineers

GR Service:

  • Perform Goods Receipt transactions based up customers' requirement.
  • Communicate with internal interfaces for GR cased tracking
  • SAP system transactions input and report running
  • Contact with external vendors for invoices relevant issues
  • Other tasks assigned by team leader or manager

Vendor Readiness Service:

  • Support suppliers completely fulfill various requirement of Siemens procurement.
  • Respond to customers and users queries, issues via telephone or e-mails.
  • Record and follow up in each service tracking tool.
  • Data analysis for service productivity
  • Familiar with company procurement tools
  • Answer and solve issues during daily work
  • Report pending issues in timely
  • Customer satisfaction evaluation follow up

Other Support Service:

  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor e.g. documentation, data maintenance, TA, etc

  • Be able to work under pressure during peak season (Fiscal Year End)
  • Be willing to learn and quick learning

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor or above
  • Knowledge and Interest in procurement operating preferred
  • Fluent English in Reading & Writing
  • Korean and Japanese skill is preferred
  • Skillful in MS software, such as PPT, Word, Excel
  • SAP & SRM operating experience
