Job Description

What are my responsibilities?


* Lead controlling function in SI PSS Sales, covering performance / cost center reporting / controlling, budget, closing, etc.
* Prepare & analyze business forecast and actual ( OI, HC, Cost, Productivity)
* Prepare budget for subsequent year
* Assets management
* Implement all financial related regulations in the Sales BA team, execute  internal control system
* Interface with Opco CON, organize the team to finish the tasks assigned
* Coach and develop the team, optimize the resources

 

What do I need to qualify for this job?


* Bachelor degree, Science or Finance.

* Excellent in reporting tools (solid Access knowledge, strong logic / mathematical skills, SAP knowledge preferred)
* > 5 years’ experience in MNCs, at least 3 years’ experience in similar position

* Strong leadership and communication
* Result oriented
* Accounting and controlling Knowledge
* Fluent English both in spoken and written
* Analytic skills, good initiative and diligence.
