Process to perform moderate tasks and functions in the specific Engineering
field. Identify and resolve basic problems and applies problem solving skills in order
to deal with most situations.
Responsible for custom and semi-custom equipment used in the Formulation, Standards, and Cleaning Processes. This includes batch chemical mixers, Floor scales, Lyophilizers (freeze driers), Parts washers, Autoclaves, and COP/CIP systems.
Support the process equipment Procurement, Fabrication, Installation, Validation, Calibration and Maintenance – with support from the US-based team
Develop a detailed knowledge of the Chemical processes. Responsible for finding out the cause & effect relationships between process parameters and product performance, identify critical to quality (CTQ) process parameters, and diagnose and troubleshoot potential equipment failures.

Your qualifications and experiences:
At least 5 years of experiences in manufacturing system maintenance;
Typically 3 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge.
Experience working in regulated industry such as ISO 9000, cGMP. Preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Life Science Industry.
Batch process engineering experience in manufacturing/Industrial environment. Preferably with subject matter expertize in reagent formulation, Lyophilization, or Cleaning processes.
Experience in generation and execution of validation protocols.
Experience with Process FMEA/Risk Analysis.
Your attributes and skills:
BS in Chemical or Biochemical Engineering.
