MindService - Business Operations Analyst (销售助理) in Shanghai

Job Description

Your new role – challenging and future-oriented
• You will be the focal point of bringing opportunities from sales into
specific offers and organize delivery
• Clarify open issues in the ordering process and submit required data
into operations tools; work very closely on a day-by-day base with the
Sales organization
• Support Engagement Managers and Sales by Creating proper Statement of
Works as offers for requested training, consulting and project
• Plan and set-up regional training events schedule and ensure proper
operational organization for successful conduct
• Plan and scope training resources (internally and externally,
training facilities)
• Provide operational support to training partners regionally
• Manage Purchase Orders and checklist
• Work with financial and controlling team closely to reconcile revenue
and expenses
• Support financial booking, administration and controlling of local
service projects
• Ensure proper booking, invoicing and closing of projects in dedicated
tool

Min responsibilities:
• Clarify scope and conduct calculation of requested services
• Finalize the offer with responsible Manager(s) and register/set-up in
appropriate tool
• Proceed and drive release and approval process of offer to be ready
to be handed over to sales as “ready for customer”
• Ensure correct and proper handover of project from Sales to Project
Team
• Set-up structure in appropriate financial and management tools
including allocating resources to work packages in accordance with
project management
• Support Project Manager in monitoring of time and cost bookings
• Work closely with project manager and financial department on proper
invoicing and revenue recognition

Your qualifications – solid and appropriate
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Economics
with strong focus on Operations
• Understanding of contracts in commercial and legal  topics
• Interest to work independently and creativity to find solutions in
changing environment
• Hands-on mentality, easily adaptable to new and frequently changes
situations and comfortable with ambiguity
• Experience and openness to other cultures and understanding of
cultural differences
• Friendly / approachable and assertive
• Basic experience in project management and controlling (financial,
organizational) of projects
• Fluent Chinese and English, further languages like German are
welcome.
• Availability to travel in China and sometime other countries in APAC
