What are my responsibilities?
• Strengthen customer relationship by digitalized interaction process and interface
• Drive E2E tool for e-ordering, aiming to simplify ordering process and increase market coverage
• Leading to develop and maintain online product community (wechat – based DS China Mobile Site)
• Initiate online customer feedback collection in technical seminar
• Initiate Customer Digitalization Demo Project (e.g. event organizer)
• Online partner application (E-flow) - > G2M Module
• Online customer event application - > G2M Module
What do I need to qualify for this job?
• Bachelor degree or above, in mechanical & electrical engineering, computer science/computer engineering or equivalent
• Know-how of the different steps in the customer journey (what kind of information is necessary internal / external at which stage of the offer / order process)
• Know-how of the sales & order execution process and currently used tools (Philos / Salesforce, OGT, Nxtools+)
• Know-how of our CPQ-process (configuration, price and quotation)
• Outstanding communication and coordination skills, Knowing the importance of the balance between speed and proper alignment
• General knowledge of Operation Technology and Information Technology, and at least 2 ~ 3 years working experience in this field is a plus
• Ability to implement “DS China Mobile Site” and “E2E online ordering tool” projects
• Good English skills in both oral and written
What else do I need to know?
• General operation technology background in the energy domain is a plus
• Be familiar with SAP and IT knowledge is a plus
• Be comfortable with the business environment, speaking the language of our customers and partners
• Constantly refreshing the knowledge of market develop digital E¬-ordering tools and platform is a must
