Ø Responsible for renewing, up-selling, and closing of maintenance/service/license contracts to a specific region or account.
Ø Increase renewal sales for assigned region or account(s). Demonstrates knowledge of the organization’s various products and maintenance contracts.
Ø Educate customers on business practices and associated contractual implications. Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable product elements.
Ø Must meet sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements. Maintain account team relationships and transfer leads as appropriate.
Ø Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
Ø Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
Ø Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
Ø Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Industrial control,
Ø Automation or information related majors
Ø 3+ years working experience in PLM, software, hardware, ERP, IT solution or other technical products selling
Ø Fluent in English, both oral and written
Ø Good communication skills, influencing and persuasiveness skills
Ø Willing to work hard and face challenge
